Pel’meni

This is the general “bare-bones” recipe…you adjust as you fit.
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup of water (or water/milk mixture, maybe even more)
1 lb. ground turkey
onion, minced/crushed well
salt, pepper
Directions:
1.  Place dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix egg into dry ingredients.
2. While mixing, add in water in a small stream.
3. Knead the dough well (maybe 10-15 minutes).
4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and set aside for 15-30 minutes.
5. Mix ground turkey with onion. Season with salt, pepper.
6. Roll out dough and cut to shape. Make pel’meni! 🙂
